Greenland Committee
The Greenland Committee is responsible for the planning, development and maintenance of the village grounds. It monitors and advises on the work of the Greenland depot including aspects of employment and health and safety, staff recruitment, management, remuneration and the work programme.
The Village Association maintains about 100 acres (40 ha) of amenity land, of which about a third is woodland, another third comprises the grassed and planted buffers between neighbourhoods while the remainder includes some 12 acres (5 ha) of sportsfield and another 12 acres (5 ha) are accounted for by the Minnis and Meadow.
