Annual General Meeting
The next Annual General Meeting of the Village Association will be in June 2012 in the Village Association Meeting Room, Centre Road, New Ash Green at 8:00pm. The date will be announced later in 2011. All representative and consultatant members are encouraged to attend.

Representative members of the Village Association are the chairmen of each Residents' Society. Consultant members are elected by the Council of Management from people who live, or have lived, in the village and are able to contribute to the management of the Association.
